SIM Dispatcher is available for Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS. We recommend at least 8 GB of RAM and a CPU not older than seven years. Because SIM Dispatcher simulates a real dispatch environment, at least two monitors are required — three are ideal. A stable, persistent internet connection with WebSocket support is also needed.
The user interface is available in English and German. Content such as call dialogs and radio communication is localized in English, German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, and Polish.
Yes, integration is possible. Using the REST API and webhooks, along with managed sessions, SIM Dispatcher can be connected to environments such as FiveM, other simulators, or external projects.
Regional availability depends on our address database. Accurate street data is required for every supported area. You can check the current list of supported countries and regions via our community forum (forums.sim-dispatcher.com).
Yes. Sessions can be private, public, or shared with specific users. Multiple dispatch positions can be staffed in one shared session, with all activity running in real time — just like a real control room.
